‘Maître confiturier’ a legacy from father to son. Thierry was raised in his parents’ greengrocers in Kortrijk. His father, André, used to prepare traditional jams and jellies which were widely reputed for their quality. In 1990, Thierry took the helm and decided to fully focus on a product range of luxury preserves. This allowed him to pursue his passion without restrictions. In no time he managed to innovate towards the internationally renowned brand he is the proud owner of today.

Recognised as premium quality, appreciated worldwide. Thierry gets a lot of satisfaction when he sees his products being enjoyed in the most premium settings around the world. His greatest satisfaction, however, is the privilege to manage his team of passionate employees. Using traditional cooking methods, he values their contribution in the creation of quality preserves.
