There is a 30 days full refund policy from the day of delivery/purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery or purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. The general principle here is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a shop.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or books cannot be returned.
The right of withdrawal of the Client is excluded for products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life and sealed products that are not suitable to be sent back due to health or hygienic reasons and/or the seal of which was broken after delivery.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us or bring it back to the store. Please, make sure that it has been packed well so that it does not get damaged during transportation. You will be refunded the full order amount, including the standard shipping fee "premium delivery box", without the return transportation costs. Refunds are credited to the same card or account that was used for payment at purchase.
Our returns policy is valid for all standard items and does not apply to customised items and those that are made-to-order.

To complete your return, follow next steps:
First email us at and indicate which items you would like to return, please do this as soon as possible (certainly within 30 days after delivery).
You will then be emailed the returns note with returns address label. This needs to be sent within 30 working days from the delivery of item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We certainly replace items if they are defective or damaged. We replace it by the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Damse Vaart Oost 5, 8340 Damme, Belgium.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Damse Vaart Oost 5, 8340 Damme, Belgium.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Your shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or damaged).

If you are shipping an item over €500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You must inspect the condition of your order upon delivery. If you notice that the package has some damages on the outside, we kindly ask you to notify the courier and mark it down on the delivery slip. Then proceed to notify us according to the procedure outlined below. If an item from your order is faulty or damaged, please email us via as soon as possible after receipt of item, but not later than 14 days after delivery. Please include the following in your email:
The order details: order number, your contacts and date of delivery.
Information about the faulty or damaged product: product name and description and what is the problem with it. If possible, include a photo of the damaged product.
Let us know if you have notified the courier upon delivery that the package is damaged during transportation.
You will have to pay for the return transportation of the product, but off course we will reimburse you for this cost once we receive and inspect the item.

Please note: It’s only possible to cancel an order before it has been sent.

Only the legal guarantee shall apply to the ordered articles unless conditions specified below apply.
The warranty for perishable products is only valid until the expiration date as indicated on the packaging.
Except in the case of legally binding provisions, HERITAGE is not liable for any damage (directly or indirectly) caused by the delivered products. The warranty is also inapplicable in the event that the products are processed into other products.
