/SHIPPING & DELIVERY/

 Your final shipping price will be clearly indicated at checkout. Items are usually delivered within 2-4 days for Belgium, 3-10 days for the rest of Europe and around 10-16 days for the rest of the world. If you have any queries just drop us an e-mail to hello@HERITAGEHOUSE.BE. Delivery restrictions may apply, so be sure to read the shipment information and remarks before you make a purchase.
You will receive an email from us as your order has shipped. Sometimes, when you have ordered multiple items, your order might ship in several different packages.

For some countries insurance to € 500 is already included, for other countries there is no insurance included. Please read the instructions or if you have any question concerning this matter, please feel free to contact us.

Any order placed on the website and shipped outside Belgium may be subject to taxes and customs fees when it reaches its destination. The expense of the taxes and customs fees related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Customer alone. The Vendor is not required to find out about and inform the Customer of any customs fees and taxes which may apply.

We currently do not ship alcoholic beverages outside of the EU.

You must inspect the condition of your order upon delivery. If you notice that the package has some damages on the outside, we kindly ask you to notify the courier and mark it down on the delivery slip. Then proceed to notify us according to the procedure outlined below. If an item from your order is faulty or damaged, please email us via hello@HERITAGEHOUSE.BE as soon as possible after receipt of item, but not later than 14 days after delivery. Please include the following in your email
1. The order details: order number, your contacts and date of delivery.
2. Information about the faulty or damaged product: product name and description and what is the problem with it. If possible, include a photo of the damaged product.
3. Let us know if you have notified the courier upon delivery that the package is damaged during transportation.
You will have to pay for the return transportation of the product, but off course we will reimburse you for this cost once we receive and inspect the item.
